Adam Gross is the founder of New Growth Talent and a seasoned talent acquisition leader with more than 15 years of experience helping companies scale through transformational hiring. He has built high-performing teams across agriculture, renewables, engineering, and climate tech, guiding organizations through rapid growth, IPO readiness, and acquisitions. 

Before launching New Growth Talent, Adam led recruiting strategies at EcoEngineers (acquired by LRQA) and Renewable Energy Group (acquired by Chevron), where he successfully doubled workforce sizes and placed senior leaders who shaped long-term business success. His career is defined by a unique ability to connect innovative companies with the leaders who fuel growth
